Even if I set the settings of this little program to absolutely ZERO, my mouse in GTA: Vice City still goes SUPERFAST and SUPERSENSITIVE (only up and down of course, because the left/right-speed is something you can set inside the game itself!) but it doesn't seem to do the trick! Since GTA III, Vice City and San Andreas all use the same engine, they might share the same bugs.
That’s usually the case with mouse functionality. Still, they sometimes needs to be pushed a little bit to function properly. These games still works very well under Windows 7, 8 and even 10. Old Grand Theft Auto series are still quite popular these days, especially GTA San Andreas.
