"X" refers to the amount of the item you wish to add. JK's Skyrim is a whole package of 15 towns and cities, there is no modular version as of now but there is an option to delete specific cities/towns from the mod itself with SSEEdit, the instruction of how to do so is found at the JK’s Forum Section.
This mod has lore friendliness in mind and builds upon the unique charateristics of each location.
